The British Guiana One-Cent Black on Magenta stamp sold for $9.5 million recently.
WLCI Design School takes a look at the stamp. It went under the hammer and was traced back to a collection. This was done by a boy in 1873 and later on appeared in many collectors Stamp-Album.
