Review of WLCI College on China’s Wheat


China's leading agricultural research centre-Chinese Academy of Sciences has designed a new strain of Wheat. It is resistant to the destructive fungal pathogen — called powdery mildew. 


This new strain of wheat is disease resistant and has to be tested on humans before being marketed for regular consumption.
